Food such as tea, spinach, pomingrate, sweet potato, etc. Moreover, avoid junk food and nutritional food during the lockdown as it’s not healthy for your diet, also being at home don’t eat too much and all the time. During the lockdown phase, it’s important to focus on a proper sleep period. Improper sleep creates more fear and sick due to viruses. Feeling of stress, disturbance sleep, angry, and helplessness make them more depressed which directly apply to the mental health of a person.

5. MEDITATION
